Where the story starts

Rooted in agricultural transport.

Noel started McKnight Transport in 1992 with one vehicle. By 2006, the fleet had grown to eight vehicles, including well-known Scania V8s such as the 164.

The business grew through agricultural transport, with its blue trucks becoming a familiar sight between farms and processors. These archive photographs show the earlier fleet at work and the blue identity that continues today.

The work behind the journeys

Noel’s experience behind the journeys.

Noel, our director and logistics manager, coordinates daily collections, deliveries and suitable return loads.

Decades on rural Northern Ireland’s roads and long-standing relationships with farmers, processors and other hauliers bring practical knowledge to that planning.
